What format is best for me?

As a general rule:

MPEG-1 is best for those using a Windows computer

Quicktime is best for those using a Mac

480p refers to Standard Definition (if your screen is more square than wide)

720p refers to High Definition (or if you're projecting in wide screen)

What format is best for my software?

PowerPoint: MPEG-1

Windows Media Player: MPEG-1

Keynote: Quicktime

ProPresenter: Quicktime

MediaShout 4.5 (or higher): Quicktime or MPEG-1

MediaShout (older than 4.5): MPEG-1

EasyWorship: MPEG-1

Harmony: Quicktime
